Hooray! It's mid -week! In our June Newsletter, we had a segment on how to make the best 2 ingredient sandwiches (for lunch or dinner or a snack). Today, we take one step back and look at.... how to make the best 2 ingredients pancakes for busy people. It's simple. All you need is: 1 banana 2 eggs Instructions:
1. Mash half a banana in a cup. 2. Add in your egg and beat to get mix. (If you want, you can add in anything else - blueberries, strawberries, chocolate chips.. anything!!!) 3. Heat up your pan with some butter. Medium heat. 4. Pour in your mix and brown your pancakes. 5. YOU'RE GOOD TO GO! Have a wonderfully simple and yummy breakfast/snack! :)
